who counts?
Community Logic is a participatory framework that helps communities and practitioners co-create their own monitoring and evaluation plans through a simple and collaborative process.
Using a set of logic model cards, participants work together to define the changes they want to see. The cards are laid out to form a shared logic model, photographed, and uploaded here to automatically generate a tailored M&E plan.
Community Logic helps build play back into standard and boring evaluative processes.
what’s a logic model?
A logic model is a clear, visual map that shows how a project is supposed to work.
It links what you put in (inputs), what you do (activities), what you see in the short term (outputs/short-term metrics), and what you hope to achieve over time (outcomes and impacts).
It helps everyone agree on the shared pathway
It’s a story of cause and effect: if we do this… then this should happen… and eventually, it will lead to this.
