This information is collected solely for the purpose of generating and returning your Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) plan. Your data will be stored securely, used only for this project, and will not be shared with third parties.

You will receive your M&E plan by email after a short processing period. You may request to have your data deleted at any time in line with GDPR requirements. Image must be high quality and show all QR codes for it to work.
